FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Everything people ask before their first upload.
What do I need to upload?
One stereo WAV is enough. If you have the session, upload stems and you will get a better result, but it is not required.
How long does it take?
Minutes. Separation is the slowest part and usually finishes in under two.
What loudness will my master be?
There is no single fixed number. The engine measures what actually arrived and sets the target from the song itself, its genre and any reference you give it, so a sparse ballad and a dense club record are not pushed to the same place. Most streaming releases land around -14 to -9 LUFS with a true peak ceiling held safely under 0 dBTP. You can still name a target yourself, and there are presets for Spotify, Apple Music, club and broadcast.
Can I change things after it renders?
Yes, unlimited. Autotune, compression, reverb, delay, vocal level and a five band EQ. Nothing is mastered until you push it to mastering yourself.
What is a TV or performance track?
The full instrumental with backing vocals kept in and the lead vocal removed, for live shows and television.
Do you keep my music?
Your projects stay in your account so you can come back to them. We never train on your audio unless you opt in, and we never sell or license it.
What formats do you export?
WAV, MP3, FLAC and AIFF, up to 24 bit / 96 kHz on Studio.
Can a human engineer take over?
Yes, at any point, in one click. Full mix and master from $150, mastering only from $50.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Buy a single token for $1.99, or a bundle from $1.60 down to $0.99 a token. One token runs one service: most tools are 1 token and the heavier ones 2. AI Mastering is $4.99, AI Mixing $6.99, and a full mix and master $9.99. The simple utilities are free. Tokens never expire and use none of your monthly minutes.
Does it work for my genre?
Yes. The engine carries a target for each genre, from soca and dancehall to trap, house, gospel, rock and jazz, and it judges your song against that rather than against a single preset.
What if I do not like the result?
Change it and re-render, as many times as you want, at no extra cost. You pay for the song, not for the render.
Your next record is one upload away.
Start free, hear the whole thing before you pay a cent, and keep the engineer that learns how you like it.
